Senior Partner, Jack Dunkley, is an Independent Mental Capacity Assessor, specialising in Testamentary and Financial capacity, Independent Visitor and Court of Protection Visitor (Appointed by the Lord Chancellor) involved in the application of the principles of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and its Code of Practice since 2010 in the legal sector and for the Office of the Public Guardian and Court of Protection.

Jack is a member of the Association of Independent Visitors, serving clients throughout Northamptonshire (including Northampton, Daventry, Towcester, Brackley), Coventry & Warwickshire (including Rugby, Southam and Leamington Spa), Milton Keynes & Buckinghamshire, Buckingham, Bedford & Bedfordshire, Leicestershire and parts of Oxfordshire (including Banbury & Bicester), Birmingham and Nottinghamshire. Based in the Midlands.
